1.Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! So far we have experienced more than 100,000 exports, to more than 30 countries, including the US, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Rusia, India, Singapore, China, and Japan, of course!

2.How do you ship packages?

We have shipped packages via the Japan Post.

They have partnerships with post offices/carriers all over the world. As transportation goes across borders, the task is consigned to a delivery service of your location, and you are able to receive from it!

 

3.Where will my items be shipped from?

Shipped from Osaka, Japan!

We seek possibilities of faster delivery services by shipping from manufactures and/or our warehouse located out of Japan – Please do expect our service in future :)

 

4.How long does shipping take?

 

We set 3 business days as our handling time from order confirmation to shipment. Delivery period differs for each shipping method you choose.

Express/Expedited: 1 week since the date shipped.

Standard: 3 weeks since the date shipped.

 

For order in hurry e.g., gift, we strongly recommend you to inquire with us before placing your order.

Please understand that the date delivered may not be specified, as it is international delivery.

Also, we would like to ask for understanding of the delayed case, rarely, due to customs check.

 

5.Do you ship within Japan?

Yes, as mentioned previously! :)

 

6.Can I request for shipments to be combined?

Yes, you can!

Please make sure that, when placing your order, it includes all the products you would like us to ship combined.

Otherwise, you need to inform us which products.

Please understand that it may take a long time, depending on kinds of products and/or timing you inform us.

 

7.Can you ship to US military (APO or FPO) addresses?

It may depend on what to be delivered.

Please contact us for further inquiry, if you decide which product for the address.

 

8.What are your accepted payment methods?

Currently, we accept only PayPal as our customer’s payment method, but we are thinking to be tolerant to use of credit card in future.

 

9.Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can; Please inform us within 24 hours since your order placed. Your cancelation is confirmed, when you receive the response of approval.

If not receiving any response back, please re-contact us again, with the previous request you sent.
